2M update:

No Sight Words this week.

The grade 2's will be participating in the Thanksgiving Liturgy this Thursday(Oct 4th) from 1:15-2:15.  Some students have reading parts that went home last week.  Please help them practice.  We will also be practicing at school.  The rest of the class is helping with the procession and singing a song.

We are still collecting nonperishable desert items for our Thanksgiving Hampers until Oct 2nd.  Thank you to all those that have already sent food items.

2M Update:

Language Arts: Calendar - days of the week, skip counting, weather graphing.

•   Review of printing: We have completed A - K.
•   Daily Language Review:  Grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.
•   Wonderful Words:  We have just started List 1 - sight word assessment on Friday,                      Sept 28th. We are working on copying out the list, ABC order and creating great sentences.
